MAK Jobs is currently recruiting experienced Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Drivers to join a dynamic and fast-paced operation at our client’s site in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Rate of Pay:

•  Standard hours: £15.00 per hour

•  Overtime (after 37.5 hours): £22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•  Safely operate VNA trucks to move, locate, stack, and retrieve stock within a high-rack warehouse environment

•  Conduct thorough pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any defects in line with health and safety standards

•  Assist with general warehouse operations, including manual handling and heavy lifting where required

•  Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while following to site safety protocols

Essential Requirements:

•  Valid and accredited VNA licence (RTITB or ITSSAR preferred)

•  Proven recent experience operating Very Narrow Aisle trucks in a warehouse setting

•  Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting

•  Strong reliability and punctuality, with full availability for fixed night shifts

•  Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices
