MAK Jobs is actively recruiting experienced Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Drivers for immediate starts with our market-leading client based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

Location: Nuneaton, CV10

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 22:00 – 06:00 (Fixed Night Shift)

Rate of Pay:

•  Standard rate: £15.00 per hour

•  Overtime (after 37.5 hours): £22.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•  Operate VNA trucks safely and efficiently in a high-rack warehouse environment

•  Pick, move, locate, and replenish stock to required heights

•  Perform daily pre-shift vehicle checks and report any faults

•  Support general warehouse tasks including manual handling and heavy lifting

•  Work to targets while maintaining the highest safety and accuracy standards

Essential Requirements:

•  Valid, in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)

•  Recent proven experience operating Very Narrow Aisle trucks

•  Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive heavy lifting

•  Reliable, punctual and fully available for fixed night shifts

•  Strong awareness of health & safety in a warehouse setting
