​MAK Jobs is recruiting skilled Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Drivers for a prominent logistics client in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. These roles offer stable, long-term employment with immediate starts available for qualified candidates.

Location: Nuneaton, CV10

Shift Patterns (Fixed Shifts):

•  Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:00

•  Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 22:00 – 06:00

Pay Rates:

•  Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard); £18.58 per hour (overtime after 37.5 hours)

•  Night Shift: £15.00 per hour (standard); £22.50 per hour (overtime after 37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Safely operate VNA trucks in a high-rack warehouse environment.

•  Pick, relocate, replenish, and manage stock at height.

•  Conduct pre-shift vehicle checks and report defects.

•  Assist with general warehouse operations, including manual handling and heavy lifting.

•  Meet performance targets while prioritising safety and accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

•  Valid, in-date VNA licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).

•  Recent experience operating Very Narrow Aisle/turret trucks.

•  Physical capability for repetitive heavy lifting.

•  Reliable and fully committed to fixed shift patterns.

•  Strong health and safety awareness in warehouse operations.
