MAK Jobs is currently recruiting VNA Drivers on behalf of our client.

This temporary-to-permanent position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to join a modern warehouse facility with strong potential for long-term career progression.

Location: Nuneaton

Salary:

•  AM Shift: £13.21 – £14.39 per hour

•  PM Shift: £14.21 – £14.39 per hour

Shift Patterns:

•  Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00 (AM Shift)

•  Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00 (PM Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Safely operate a Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) truck to transport goods within the warehouse.

•  Accurately pick and pack customer orders.

•  Perform general warehouse duties as required.

•  Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

•  Undertake any additional tasks necessary to support operational requirements.

Essential Requirements:

•  Valid VNA licence.

•  Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

•  Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.

•  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
