​Job Title:Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location:Rugby

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum basic + Uncapped Commission Scheme​

​Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the entire recruitment cycle:

• Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.

• Generating leads and new businesses wins -

  this is sales role.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates.

• Create job adverts and market vacancies effectively.

• Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

​What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, within Industrial, Driving or Perm desks.

• Strong business development skills – you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.

• A confident communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
