Location:Rugby (with pool car for client visits!)
Salary:Up to£28,000+UNCAPPED COMMISSION– the sky’s the limit!
Hours:Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm (with flexibility is essential for this role)
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Crush It):
Step into established industrial contracts and run the showf rom start to finish. You’ll:
Resource, screen, and place candidates
Understand clients hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
Builda pool of temporary/ permanent workers, increaseheadcount with existing client’s
Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and productivity of agency colleagues.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain up-to-date records for all temporary employees.
Monitor daily attendance, address issues promptly, and ensure fulfilment targets are consistently met.
Ownership of shift planning and deployment based on operational requirements.
Build strong relationships with both the client and temporary workforce to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and regular communication.
Attend client meetings, provide operational updates, and support strategic planning.
Liaise with MAK Jobs recruitment team to manage workforce pipeline and forecast future demand.
Oversee the full induction process for new starters, ensuring all colleagues are trained, onboarded, and compliant before entering the operation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed to standard.
Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (attendance, productivity, fulfilment rates, etc.).Working towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets
Identify trends or issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and develop action plans as needed.
Ensure all agency colleagues are compliant with client and legal standards (right to work, H&S, policies).
Maintain accurate records of absences, holidays, and sickness and ensure proper reporting protocols.
Lead onsite engagement activities and communication initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
Organise recognition programs, engagement surveys, and feedback forums.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates
Visiting clients sites.
Ensure a high level of service to meet client expectations and candidate satisfaction
Updating internal records ( CRM , records, etc)
Regularly update and maintain online job postings ( job boards and social media
On call
