MAK Jobs is recruiting HR Administrator on behalf of our client.

Location: Lutterworth 
Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexibility required during peak periods) 
Salary: £12.89 per hour; Overtime: £14.39

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a dedicated and organised HR Administrator. This role involves maintaining and updating employee records, administering new starters, and addressing HR-related queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising personnel records, preparing HR documents, liaising with agencies and the internal HR team, and providing a high level of customer service, along with other ad hoc duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities: 
- Maintain and update employee records 
- Administer onboarding processes for new starters 
- Handle HR-related inquiries as an HR Administrator 
- Organise and maintain personal records 
- Prepare HR documents 
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and the internal HR team 
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and management 
- Perform additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements: 
- Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role is essential 
- Enthusiastic and confident personality 
- Strong computer literacy with a keen attention to detail 
- A valid UK driving license is required for this role
