Job Title: Business development Manager 

Location: Rugby

Salary: up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission Scheme​ ( earn over £100,000 in your first year )

Your Role:

  • 100% focused sales role

  • Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.

  • Generating leads and new businesses wins.

  • Tender / bid writing. 

  • Management of client sales meetings.

  • Pipeline management.

  • Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service.

  • Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

Required skills: 

  • Recruitment experience in an agency setting a must.

  • Sales focus in a recruitment setting

  • Sales management skill set

  • Tender bid writing

  • Added value sales – menu pricing

  • Key account sales management

  • A proven Relationship builder
