MAK Jobs, a leading recruitment agency specialising in workforce solutions, is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants with kowledge of the Industrial and Driving sectors to join our team in Rugby.

Location: Rugby Office 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (with some flexibility required)

You will focus on winning new clients while delivering exceptional services. We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £33,000 per annum, and  uncapped commission—providing truly unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

Your  Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone and face-to-face engagement.

• Understand clients’ hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

• Source, screen, and place suitable candidates.

• Provide expert insights and advice to both clients and candidates.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates.

• Ensure your service to exceed client expectations and achieve candidate satisfaction.

• Utilise diverse recruitment channels, including job boards and social media.

• Work towards monthly and quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.

• Update all internal systems accurately and promptly.

About You

• Demonstrable experince in recruitment and sales.

• Strong business development skills, with a demonstarble track record of generating new business.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.

• Highly organised, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving results.
