Location: Northampton 
Salary: £14.15 - £14.41 per hour; Overtime: £20.73 - £21.12 

Role 1:

Shift: Monday to Friday /14:00 - 22:00 
Salary: £14.15 per hour; Overtime: £20.73 

Responsibilities:

-Manage teams of reworkers and copackers. 
-Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners. 
-Adapt to changing priorities swiftly. 
-Review weekly work schedules and ensure optimal headcount management. 
-Oversee staff deployment and coordinate return-to-work processes and investigations. 

Role 2:

Shift: 4 on 4 / 06:00 - 18:00 
Salary: £14.41 per hour; Overtime: £21.12 

Responsibilities:

-Manage MHE staff operating PPT and Bendi forklifts. 
 -Confidently challenge KPIs of team members. 
-Manage schedules and raise concerns as needed. 
 -Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
- Track systemic accuracy across the pick face. 
- Ensure general housekeeping and maintain high site standards. 
- Oversee staff deployment and coordinate return-to-work processes and investigations. 

Requirements for Both Roles:
-Strong computer literacy. 
-Excellent eye for quality and attention to detail. 
-Proven experience in a similar supervisory role. 
-Ability to motivate and lead a team. 
-Adaptable to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
