MAK Jobs is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for two Team Leader roles within a fast-paced environment.

Location:Northampton

Shift:Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 22:00
Salary:£14.15 per hour; Overtime: £20.73

Responsibilities:

-Manage teams of reworkers and copackers.
-Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
-Adapt to changing priorities swiftly.
-Review weekly work schedules and ensure optimal headcount management.
-Oversee staff deployment and coordinate return-to-work processes and investigations.

Requirements:
-Strong computer literacy.
-Excellent eye for quality and attention to detail.
-Proven experience in a similar supervisory role.
-Ability to motivate and lead a team.
-Adaptable to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
