Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced operation in Northampton, is seeking experienced and proactive Team Leaders to join their team on a permanent basis.

Location: Northampton

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 14:00 – 22:00

Salary: £14.15 per hour (Standard Rate) | £20.73 per hour (Overtime Rate)

Key Responsibilities

•  Lead, motivate and manage a team of reworkers and co-packers to achieve daily targets and maintain high performance standards

•  Ensure clear and effective communication with internal departments and external partners

•  Respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities in a high-volume environment

•  Review and plan weekly work schedules, optimising headcount and resource allocation

•  Oversee staff deployment, manage return-to-work procedures and support disciplinary/investigation processes as required

Essential Requirements

•  Proven supervisory or team leadership experience within a similar fast-paced environment

•  Strong computer literacy and confidence using operational systems

•  Excellent attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality standards

•  Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop and performance-manage a team

•  Flexibility and resilience to adapt swiftly to operational changes
