​MAK Jobs is currently seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a prominent logistics client in Nuneaton.

Location: Nuneaton, CV10

Shift Patterns (Fixed Shifts):

•  Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:00

•  Night Shift: Monday to Friday, 22:00 – 06:00

Pay Rates:

•  Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard rate); £18.58 per hour (overtime)

•  Night Shift: £15.00 per hour (standard rate); £22.50 per hour (overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

•  Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently in a high-rack warehouse setting.

•  Perform stock picking, relocation, and replenishment at varying heights.

•  Carry out daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report any defects without delay.

•  Support general warehouse operations, including manual handling and heavy lifting.

•  Meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Essential Requirements:

•  A valid, in-date reach truck licence with accreditation (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).

•  Proven recent experience in operating reach trucks.

•  Physical capability to undertake heavy lifting tasks.

•  Strong reliability and punctuality.
