​MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) Operators to support a dynamic and fast-paced warehouse operation at our established client’s site in Nuneaton.

Location:Nuneaton

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00 (Day Shift)

• Monday to Friday: 22:00 – 06:00 (Night Shift)

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: £12.39 per hour (standard rate); £18.58 per hour (overtime rate)

• Night Shift: £13.27 per hour (standard rate); £19.82 per hour (overtime rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Powered Pallet Trucks to transport goods within the warehouse.

• Undertake general warehouse tasks, including manual handling and heavy lifting as necessary.

• Conduct pre-shift safety inspections and equipment checks on PPT vehicles.

• Uphold high standards of health, safety, and housekeeping throughout the workplace.

Essential Requirements:

• Valid PPT licence or accredited training certificate (documentation required upon application).

• Demonstrated experience operating Powered Pallet Trucks in a warehouse setting.

• Physical capability to perform regular heavy lifting.

• Strong reliability, with a proven attendance record and full availability for the required shifts.
