MAK Jobs is currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join our client’s warehouse team in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals to contribute to a busy distribution operation.

Location: Rugby

Salary: £13.00 per hour (standard rate); £18.75 per hour (overtime)

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Key Responsibilities

•  Safely operate a Reach Truck to move goods within the warehouse

•  Transport, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

•  Assist with unloading containers

•  Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting as required

•  Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

•  Undertake general warehouse duties and any additional tasks as directed by the supervisor

Essential Requirements

•  Valid FLT Reach Truck licence (accredited and in-date)

•  Proven experience operating Reach Trucks in a warehouse setting

•  Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy

•  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines

•  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

•  Physical fitness to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting
