MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers for our valued client based in Daventry.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with an excellent employer that is prepared to invest in the right candidate’s training and development, offering very good working conditions.

Location: Daventry

Shift: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

Pay Rates:

• Starting rate: £13.20 per hour, rising to £13.86 per hour once fully trained

• Overtime & Saturday: £19.80 – £20.79 per hour

• Sunday: £26.40 – £27.72 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•  Order picking using trolleys and handheld scanners

•  Order packing using a banding machine

•  Moving pallets and goods safely around the warehouse

•  Restacking pallets and performing general forklift duties

•  Manual loading/unloading of containers when required

•  Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

Note: Some boxes may weigh up to 25 kg.

About You:

•  Hold a valid, in-date forklift truck training certificate (in-house certificates accepted)

•  Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment

•  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30

•  Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
