MAK Jobs is excited to recruit experienced Shunter Drivers on behalf of our valued client in the logistics sector.

Location: Crick

Pay Rate: £18.27 per hour | Overtime: £24.30 per hour 

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 06:00–18:00

What You’ll Do:

•  Move trailers between loading bays, parking areas, and yard locations.

•  Safely couple/uncouple trailers following company protocols.

•  Support efficient yard operations for seamless vehicle flow.

•  Conduct daily vehicle and trailer checks.

•  Maintain accurate records of trailer movements.

•  Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and planning teams.

•  Adhere to company rules, health & safety policies, and hygiene standards.

•  Follow tachograph rules and working time regulations.

•  Perform additional yard/shunting duties as needed.

What You Need:

•  Valid UK C+E driving licence.

•  Strong attention to detail.

•  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
