Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 - 17:00 

Location: Daventry

Salary:  Earn Up to £17.10/hr from Month 1!

•  Starting Rate: £13.25–£14.25/hr (based on experience)

•  +10% Monthly Attendance Bonus

•  + Overtime = Up to 20% Total Bonus → Achieve £17.10/hr in your first full month!

•  Quarterly Pay Reviews. 

The Role:

•  MIG weld trailer chassis & components to exacting standards.

•  Maintain a clean, efficient weld department.

•  Plan workloads & lead by example to drive business growth.

•  Proven MIG Welding Experience (essential)
