MAK Jobs is pleased to present an excellent opportunity for experienced Bendi FLT Drivers to join a well-regarded client’s busy warehouse operation in Northampton.

We are actively seeking reliable and skilled individuals who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Applicants must hold a current, valid Bendi truck licence.

Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience are also accepted for the role. Successful candidates will receive full training and will operate Bendi FLT trucks.

Salary & Shift Patterns

Standard Shifts (Monday–Friday):

• Early: 06:00 – 14:00 → £13.15 per hour (Overtime: £19.73 per hour)

• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 → £13.15 per hour (Overtime: £19.73 per hour)

• Night: 22:00 – 06:00 → £13.41 per hour (Overtime: £20.12 per hour)

Sunday–Thursday Nights:

• 22:00 – 06:00 → £13.41 per hour (Overtime: £20.12 per hour)

4 on 4 off Rotating Shift (06:00 – 18:00):

• Day pattern → £13.41 per hour (Overtime: £20.12 per hour)

• Night pattern → £13.87 per hour (Overtime: £20.81 per hour)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Bendi forklift truck

• Efficiently move, locate, and transport goods within the warehouse

• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and a tidy working environment

• Carry out any additional reasonable tasks as directed by management

Essential Requirements

• Valid, in-date Bendi licence/certification (training provided for suitable Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers)

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience operating Reach Truck or Counterbalance trucks (for non-Bendi licence holders)

• Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines

• Good communication skills and a genuine team-oriented approach

• Flexible attitude towards shift patterns and overtime when required
