​MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers / Warehouse Operatives holding a valid Counterbalance Forklift licence for our valued client based in Daventry.

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire (close to DIRFT, Crick, Rugby)

Shift: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 (fixed day shift – no nights!)

Job Type: Temp to Perm – permanent contract for the right candidate

Pay Rates:

•  Starting rate: £12.42 per hour, rising to £13.42 per hour once fully trained

•  Overtime & Saturday: £18.63 – £20.19 per hour

•  Sunday: £24.84 – £26.92 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•  Operating Counterbalance FLT to load and unload containers

•  Moving pallets and goods safely around the warehouse

•  Restacking pallets and general FLT duties

•  Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners

•  Manual unloading/loading of containers when required

•  Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

About You:

•  Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) / In-house licences accepted

•  Previous experience in a fast-paced environment

•  Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

•  Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm

•  Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
