<p><strong>MAK Jobs</strong> are recruiting <strong>Warehouse Operatives / FLT Drivers</strong> on behalf of our client in <strong>Rugby</strong>.</p>
<p>This is a <strong>permanent position</strong> from day one, with immediate interviews available for suitably qualified candidates.</p>
<h3>Position Details</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> Rugby</li>
<li><strong>Shift Pattern:</strong> Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)</li>
<li><strong>Salary:</strong> £28,000 per annum</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Requirements</h3>
<p>To be successful, candidates <strong>must</strong> hold:</p>
<ul>
<li>Valid FLT Counterbalance licence</li>
<li>Full UK Driving Licence</li>
</ul>
<h3>Main Duties</h3>
<ul>
<li>Receive goods, count stock, and accurately record deliveries</li>
<li>Identify and report any issues with incoming stock</li>
<li>Perform accurate stock takes</li>
<li>Pick and pack customer orders</li>
<li>Process and book shipments</li>
<li>Conduct deliveries to selected customers using company vehicles</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and work areas</li>
<li>General maintenance of warehouse and offices</li>
<li>Clean machinery using a power washer</li>
</ul>
<h3>About You</h3>
<ul>
<li>Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg</li>
<li>Punctual and reliable</li>
<li>Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)</li>
<li>Previous warehouse experience</li>
<li>Able to work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Forklift licence (Counterbalance) essential</li>
</ul>
