<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>

<li>Front-desk operations and driver engagement</li>
<li>Booking and despatching drivers efficiently</li>
<li>Accurate data entry and record keeping</li>
<li>Liaising with internal departments for smooth logistics</li>
<li>Preparing and maintaining detailed reports</li>
<li>Goods-in and goods-out procedures</li>
<li>Conducting thorough shift handovers</li>
<li>Providing daily operational support</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong customer relationships</li>
</ul>
<h2>Essential Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Previous administrative experience in transport, logistics or a similar sector</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of goods-in and goods-out processes</li>
<li>Strong numerical and organisational skills</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li>
