MAK Jobs is recruiting for a Sales Administration Assistant position in Rugby on behalf of our established client in the engineering and spares sector.
This is an excellentmaternity coverrole with a strong opportunity to become a permanent position. You will provide essential support to the sales and engineering teams, managing customer accounts, order processing, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Processing order confirmations for spares transactions
Maintaining accurate pricing and contract records
Preparing monthly sales reports
Managing high volumes of customer emails and phone enquiries
Issuing and tracking jobs for field technicians
Coordinating timely parts ordering for service and repair jobs
Building and developing existing customer relationships to increase parts sales
Processing complaints and ensuring timely resolution
Arranging scheduled services with Field Engineering staff
Supporting sales managers with promotional offers
Requirements
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A-C / 9-4) including English and Maths
3+ years’ experience in sales administration and order processing
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM experience is advantageous
