MAK Jobs is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics company based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire (LE17) with excellent career progression and long-term opportunities.

Location: Lutterworth – Magna Park

Shifts Available (fixed shift patterns):

•  AM / Morning Shift: Monday–Friday 06:00–14:00

•  PM / Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday 14:00–22:00

Pay Rates (paid weekly):

•AM Shift:£12.71 per hour / Overtime: £16.90 per hour

•PM Shift:£12.71 - 14.71 per hour (18:00 - 22:00) / Overtime: £16.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

•  Order picking and packing orders accurately

•  Labelling and rework of products

•  Quality checking and stock replenishment

•  General warehouse duties and housekeeping

•  Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements:

•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

•  Excellent teamwork skills and reliability

•  Physically fit (role involves manual handling and standing for long periods)

•  Safety-conscious attitude
