MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Warehouse MHE Operatives to join their team in Daventry.

This is an excellent ongoing temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidates with proven warehouse operations experience and valid MHE licences.

This role offers a stable, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent employment . Candidates must hold current, valid licences and be able to demonstrate a consistent safety-focused approach to warehouse operations

Location: Daventry

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00

Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

•  Operating MHE safely and efficiently

•  Picking and packing orders to the required quality standards

•  Supporting rework and quality control tasks

•  Loading and unloading vehicles

•  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times

•  Collaborating effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets

Requirements

•  Previous warehouse experience is essential

•  Valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences, PPT experince

•  Demonstrable attention to detail and reliability

•  Strong work ethic with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
