MAK Jobs is recruiting on behalf of our client Multidrop Van Drivers to join their established team in Daventry.

This is a stable, ongoing temporary role with a clear pathway to permanent employment. The position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to become a valued long-term member of the team.

Position Details

•  Location: Daventry

•  Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00

•  Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities

•  Safely drive a 3.5 tonne van and deliver 18-litre bottles of water to client premises in a timely and professional manner

•  Plan efficient delivery routes and ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule

•  Provide excellent customer service, interacting with clients in a polite and professional way

•  Unload and deliver water bottles to customer sites

•  Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain the highest standards of road safety

•  Keep the van clean, tidy, and presentable at all times

•  Work as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

•  Undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Requirements

•  Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

•  Minimum age of 25 with proven experience driving vans( insurance requirements) 

•  Physically fit and capable of handling 18-litre water bottles

•  Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients

•  Good knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations

•  Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

•  Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
