Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 per annum basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission Scheme

Your Role

You will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle for industrial and driving desks, delivering outstanding results for clients and candidates:

•  Building and nurturing long-term client partnerships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and placement volumes.

•  Proactive business development, including lead generation and securing new client wins.

•  Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates to meet client requirements.

•  Creating compelling job adverts and marketing vacancies effectively across relevant channels.

•  Meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets while maintaining excellent service standards.

•  Collaborating with the team to share best practices and drive collective success.

What We’re Looking For

•  Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Industrial, Driving, or similar high-volume sectors.

•  Strong B2B sales skills and a demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding targets and winning new business.

•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

•  Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
