MAK Jobs is recruiting experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers for an immediate start with our established client in Crick.

This is an outstanding ongoing opportunity with a clear pathway to permanent employment for the right candidates. You will play a key part in a fast-paced warehouse environment where your skills and reliability will be recognised and rewarded

Pay Rates:

•  Days: £13.61 – £20.42 per hour

•  Nights: £14.62 – £21.93 per hour

Shift Patterns:

•Sunday to Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00

•Monday to Friday: 22:00 – 06:00

•Monday to Friday rotating: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

•4 on 4 off: 06:00 – 18:00 or 18:00 – 06:00

Key Responsibilities

•Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance forklifts

•Transport and handle goods within the warehouse

•Carry out general warehouse duties to support operations

•Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area

•Undertake any additional reasonable duties as required

What We’re Looking For

•Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)

•Proven experience operating Counterbalance trucks

•Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

•Excellent communication skills and a positive team-player attitude
