<p><strong>Location:</strong> Rugby (Office-based) | <strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £29,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission</p>
<p>MAK Jobs is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a target-driven recruiter with industrial sector experience to manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Source, screen, interview and place candidates into industrial and blue-collar roles</li>
<li>Build and develop long-term relationships with established clients</li>
<li>Proactively expand account activity and increase placement volumes</li>
<li>Conduct regular client site visits and candidate welfare checks</li>
<li>Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding</li>
<li>Negotiate pay rates and commercial terms</li>
<li>Ensure full compliance with Agency Workers Regulations and right-to-work legislation</li>
<li>Meet and exceed monthly revenue and KPI targets</li>
</ul>

<li>Proven recruitment experience (industrial/blue-collar sector preferred)</li>
<li>Strong client relationship management and business development skills</li>
<li>Target-driven with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to client demands and on-call requirements</li>
