FLT Drivers (Bendi, Reach & Counterbalance) – Northampton

Pay & Shift Options
Standard Shifts (Monday–Friday)
• Early: 06:00 – 14:00 → £14.23/hr (OT £21.23/hr)
• Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:00 → £14.23/hr (OT £21.23/hr)
• Night: 22:00 – 06:00 → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
Sunday–Thursday Nights
• 22:00 – 06:00 → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
4 on 4 off
• Day pattern → £14.50/hr (OT £21.35/hr)
• Night pattern → £14.97/hr (OT £22.46/hr)
What you’ll be doing
• Safely operate a Bendi forklift truck
• Efficiently move, locate and transport goods around the warehouse
• Support general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and a tidy work area
• Carry out additional reasonable tasks as directed by management
What we’re looking for
• Valid, in-date Bendi licence or Reach Truck / Counterbalance licence (training provided)
• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience on Reach Truck or Counterbalance (if you don’t already hold a Bendi licence)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
• Good communication skills and a genuine team-player attitude
• Flexibility around shifts and overtime when required
