<li><strong>Location:</strong> Stafford, ST16</li>
<li><strong>Salary:</strong> £14.00 – £17.50 per hour (depending on experience)</li>
<li><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:00</li>
<li><strong>Contract:</strong> Ongoing Temporary to Permanent</li>

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Safely and efficiently operate a <strong>Counterbalance Forklift</strong> (FLT)</li>
<li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy</li>
<li>Transport goods throughout the warehouse</li>
<li>Assist with container unloading and loading</li>
<li>Perform general warehouse duties as required</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Valid <strong>Counterbalance FLT Licence</strong> (PPT) with proven experience</li>
<li>Previous forklift driver or warehouse experience</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment</li>
<li>Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude</li>
