<p>MAK Jobs is recruiting for experienced <strong>Bendi FLT Drivers</strong> to join a busy warehouse operation in Northampton.</p>
<p>We are looking for reliable and skilled forklift drivers who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Applicants must hold a current, valid Bendi truck licence. Reach Truck and Counterbalance drivers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience are also welcome – full Bendi training will be provided.</p>
<h2>Salary & Shift Patterns</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Early Shift (06:00 – 14:00)</strong> – £13.48 per hour (Overtime £20.22)</li>
<li><strong>Afternoon Shift (14:00 – 22:00)</strong> – £13.48 per hour (Overtime £20.22)</li>
<li><strong>Night Shift (22:00 – 06:00)</strong> – £13.75 per hour (Overtime £20.63)</li>
<li><strong>4 on 4 off Rotating Shifts</strong> – Up to £14.22 per hour + enhanced overtime</li>
